He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Parker; his parents, George Gilbert and Dorothy Marion Parker; his brothers, Gilbert Joseph Parker, Charles George Parker and Raymond Glenn Parker; and his son Brian Richard Parker.
He is survived by: his sister Joanne Parker Dirling; and his children, David Allen Parker, Linda Jo Johnson, Kim Marie Hurley, James Scott Parker, Charles George Parker, Sandra Irene Walker, Brenda Dorothy Harper, Kimberly Joy Szeto and Amanda Parker-Wolery. He is also survived by thirty-five grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Episcopal Church (647 Reid Ave, Lorain, OH 44052). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family encourages contributions in George's memory to the American Cancer Society.
