She was predeceased by: her father Edward (Josephine Klekota); and her sisters, Joyce Mason and Marilyn Weems. She is survived by: her husband Edward Mantin Jr.; her sons, Mike Mantin (Kelly) of Amherst, Mark Mantin (Michele) of Amherst and Matthew Mantin (Maureen) of Powell; her grandchildren, Tyler, Jared Mantin, Julia Mihalcik (Joseph), Kyle, Jacob, Mylie, Mace and Marcus Mantin; and her sisters, Joanne Kneisel of Lorain, Janet Gillespie of Elyria and Dona Burke of White Plains.

Memorial contributions can be made to Nativity BVM Catholic Church.
