She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Dzamik; and her parents, Harvey Hartel and Bernice Hartel. She is survived by: her children, David Dzambik (Carol), Deana Haydu (Keith) and Dory Zemanek (Philip); her grandchildren, Andrew Dzambik, Ian, Evelyn Haydu, Alyson Haydu, Rebecca Zemanek, Mallory Pollard (Brad) and Zachary Zemanek; and her siblings, Mary Ann Ball, William and Robert Hartel. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
