He is survived by: his siblings, Pricilla, Camille, Paul, Teddy and Allen (Red); his wife Pat Pulliam; his daughters, Damita Feaster Sinclair (Tony) of North Carolina, Latrice Howard of Ohio and Carmen Surry of Ohio; his adoptive children, Tirana, Chawn and Alexis; and his siblings, Michael, Billy, Terry, David and Gwen of Lorain, Ohio.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
