He was predeceased by : his parents, John F. Kelley and Elta Kelley; and his sister Lynda Kelley. He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Kelley of Lorain; his sister Marilyn Slattery of Billerica; and his children, Joseph Kelley (Karla) of Easton Massachusetts, Jennifer Shea (Jeff) and Jaclyn Kelley (Kris Bastron) of Islamorada Florida.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.
