He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary K. "Rosie" Fabian; his parents, John "Foxy" Fabian (Helen Fabian) and Helen Fabian; and his in-laws, Charlie and Marie Jasensky.
He is survived by: his sons, John Charles Fabian (Marybeth) of Lafayette, Dennis A. Fabian (Heather) of Lorain and David A. Fabian (Lorena) of Avon; his grandchildren, Jake, Sophie (Aaron), Julia, Nathan, Ella and Will; his sisters, Andrea Bond (Gene) of Drums, PA and Phyllis Fabian of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Jasensky, Ray Jason (Linda Noelker) and Nancy Denslow (Tom).
Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Mulitple Sclerosis Society.
