Lewis Cozart Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 18, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Lewis Cozart of Lorain, Ohio, born in Athens, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Santford" Cozart and Nellie Cozart; his siblings, Darrell, Varian, Santford Cozart, Nellie Gonzalez and Helen Dailey; and his granddaughter Erin.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon K.; and his children, Connie Fassos (Chris) of Lorain, Carolyn Cozart of Elyria, Lewis Cozart (Pamela) of Elyria and John Cozart (Tricia) of Lorain. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Tower Baptist Church.
