She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Luca and John Frank Luca; and her siblings, Edward Luca and Bernadette Robertson (Albert). She is survived by: her children, Timothy H. Downie of Lynnwood and Maureen T. Slaven (Mark) of Wheaton, Illinois; her grandchildren, Brian H. Downie (Maddy), Sarah Luca Slaven, Quinn Downie, Anthony and Joseph Slaven; and her brother Raymond J. Luca (Maggi) of Springfield, Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Seattle Lighthouse for the Blind.
