She was predeceased by: her parents, John Beard and Frances Beard Hamilton; and her siblings, Teresa Beard, Debbie Beard and Willie Earl Beard.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodric Beard (Christina Ruffin), Demetrius T. Beard and Damion L. Cheers; her brother John Wesley Beard; and her sister-in-law Martha Jane Beard. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
