She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Bradley of Lorain and Cindy Adams (John) of Lorain; her grandsons, Alex Cieslak (Katie) and Michael Cieslak (Peyton Cooksey); her great grandchildren, Colton Cieslak, Mary Kate Cieslak and Wyatt Alexander Cieslak; her siblings, Mindy Faye Hamilton and Jonas Hamilton; and her son-in-law Michael Cieslak.
