He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Howell Sr. and Fern Foale; and his brother Bernard Howell. He is survived by: his children, Chris Howell (Amy) and Sarah Ryherd (Evan); and his brother Frank Howell. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dovin Funeral and Cremation Specialists (2701 Elyria Ave, Lorain, OH 44055).
