He is survived by: his wife Julia Barry; his children, Diana Barry, Richard A. Barry Jr. and Christina Barry; and his grandchildren, Allison Medina (Logan), Alexis Barry, Alyssa Torres, Santino Torres, Rosie Torres, Serina Maldonado, Justin Maldonado (Hannah), Lauren Terry, Ella Terry, Aelen Terry, Tiffany Barry and Jason Barry Jr.. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
