She is survived by: her children, Fontella Mays, Diane Cross (Marcus), Mawanda Torrence (Tim), Angela Mathews and Bruce Mathews (Lawrence Nelson); her grandson Rolondo Mathews; and her siblings, Nathaniel, Renee, Maxine, Gwen, Denise, Constance and Gigi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
