She was predeceased by: her mother Beth Cullen. She is survived by: her close friend Jamie Rivera Sr.; her children, Khloė, Jamie Jr. and Enzley Rivera; her father Kenneth Cullen (Diane); her brother Jerry Cullen; her mother-in-law Crystal Robinson; and her uncle Robert C. Shank Jr.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel (3224 Broadway, Lorain, OH 44055). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
A memorial fund named Samm's Legacy has been established at Northwest Bank where contributions can be made to Samm's family.
