She was predeceased by: her father J. Richard Smith. She is survived by: her mother Karen Smith; her children, Phillip (Desirae), Gabrielle and Morgan Smith; her grandchildren, Melody, Onyx and Ermias; and her siblings, Jeff Smith (Maureen), Scot Smith and Natalie Calamante (Michael).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 1157 W 8th St, Lorain, OH 44052. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church (418 W 15th St, Lorain, OH 44052). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (555 N Ridge Rd, Lorain, OH 44053).
