She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sterna and Eleanor Sterna; her husband Raymond "Ray" Sterk; and her siblings, Robert Sterna, Donald Sterna, Maxine Mann and Jack Sterna.
She is survived by: her children, Deanna Tansey, Peter Sterk, Johanna Mann (Jeff), Raymond Sterk (Kristine), Natalie Baumann (Wayne) and John Sterk (Shelly); and her sisters, Virginia "Sis" Vasci and Sharon Thompson. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lorain County 4-H Endowment, supporting youth development through The Ohio State University Extension.
