He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Mendak and Rosemarie Mendak; and his sister Michaele Anne Mendak. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Wolf (Shawn) of Amherst, Richard Mendak of Berea, Ronald Mendak (Ramona) of Cuyahoga Falls, Robert Mendak (Mirta) of Amherst Township and Sharon Kovacs (Tony) of Sheffield Lake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins and 2 great nephews.
