She is survived by: her husband Ronald Kucbel; her son John Caruso (Ginny); her stepson Ryan Kucbel (Audra); her grandchildren, Penny, Wyatt Kucbel, Jordan, Addilynn and Giovanni Caruso; and her adoptive daughter Hallie Royer.
