He was predeceased by: his daughter Elizabeth Davila; and his parents, Pedro Davila and Julia Davila. He is survived by: his wife Penny Davila; his daughters, Lorraine Forcinito (Keith) and Ava Rabold (Steve); his grandchildren, Brittany Forcinito (Josh Cabaniss), Francesca Forcinito (Matt O'Neill), Owen Forcinito, Zack Rabold (Gillian), Michael Cruz (Amy), Mallory Remark (Adam) and Cody Rabold; and his sister Gladys Santana (Manuel). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
