He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Gormley and Francis Gormley; and his brothers, Wesley Gormley and Charles Gormley. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Gormley (Bobbie); his son Scott of Columbus; his stepchildren, Tracy Barbee and Theodore Hiles; his grandsons, Brandon Epps of Keith Barbee, T. J. and Christen Hiles; his brother Mike Gormley (Karen) of Woodridge, IL; his niece Sheri Hey; his goddaughter Ameila McKnight (Amanda Schmitz); and his nephews, Todd Gormley and Robert Gormley.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (309 W 7th St, Lorain, OH 44052). A burial was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
