She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralland Reid Mason and Eleanor Mae Mason (Walton); her husband Raymond "Bob" Garland; and her sons, David Todd Walters and Randall Scott Walters.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Young (Randy) of Braceville, OH and Jim Walters (Sandi) of Newton Falls, OH; and her brother Ralland Mason, Jr.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
