He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Kavage and Mildred Kavage (Boich). He is survived by: his wife Carol Kavage (Turner); his daughters, Sheri McDonald (Duane) of Crossville, TN and Mary DeGenova (Jon) of Sunbury, OH; his sister Joyce Muething of New Mexico; his grandchildren, RJ Goldsmith, Darius Walker, Andrew DeGenova and Alexa DeGenova; and his great grandchildren, Kiara, Joselyn and Weston Goldsmith. He is also survived by many cousins and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Guernsey in Mike's honor.
