He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Dana Riffel of Loudonville, David Stake II (Stephanie) of Loudonville, Derrick Columbo (Rose) of Loudonville and Jeanna Morris (Les) of Loudonville; his grandchildren, Colton, Wyatt Stake, Donivan Switzer III (Kaitlin Strojin), Mya Switzer (Cole Casdorph), Cody Morris (Heidi), Nate Morris and Luke Morris (Jessie Gruver); his great grandchildren, Jackson Gruver, Brooks Morris and Brantly Morris; his siblings, Bill Stake (Diane) of Loudonville, Steve Stake (Jennifer) of Palmetto, GA, Linda Carey (Ken) of Loudonville and Carol Snyder (Mike) of Hayesville; and his sister-in-law Susie Stake of Loudonville.
