Gerald Robert Stanger Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Robert Stanger (Loudonville, Ohio), born in Perrysville, Ohio, who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stanger and Bernice Stanger (Hall); and his siblings, Glenna Tzagournis and Stan Stanger. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Stanger (Strausbaugh); his children, Jackie Reed (Bill), Jim Stanger (Tonya), Chris Stanger and Cindy Rall (Brad); his grandchildren, Tim, Tiffany, Nick, Ashley, Emily, Abby, Nate and Anna; and his brother Gene Stanger (Bonnie). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Perrysville Fire Department or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
