He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Garner and Bernice Garner; and his brothers, Thomas and James Garner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Garner (Snyder); his children, Michael Garner, Randal Floyd (Linda) and Kim Thomson (Brian); his sisters, Jean Ross (Darla) and Barbara Ackelson; and his granddaughter Bobbi Thomson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stier-Israel Funeral Home (917 E Main St, Louisville, OH 44641). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
