With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ethel Starkey of Louisville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Baldwin Watson and Emma Watson (Babich); her husband John Starkey; and her granddaughter Emily Riggenbach. She is survived by: her daughters, Jacklynn Giles (Martin) and Elaine Kleckner (Tim). She is also survived by nine Grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
