He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Carper and Joyce Carper; his son Randall Carper; and his grandson Aaron Hill. He is survived by: his daughters, Hope Hill (Kevin) and Ceren Stone (Michael); his grandchildren, John, Elizabeth Hill, Brooklyn, London, Aspen and Haven Stone; and his siblings, Dennis Carper (Patti) and Sharon Knepper. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hope Church (1101 E Main St, Louisville, OH 44641). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Beacon of Hope Church.
