She was predeceased by: her parents, George Shultz and Gail Shultz (Ringer); and her husband Paul Kurzinsky. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Broadwater and Rick Broadwater (Thelma). She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
