He was predeceased by: his parents, John Modock and Evalea Modock (Davis); and his siblings, Jack Blackburn and Gloria Moore (Jim). He is survived by: his daughters, Athena AlAawah (Nader) of Cantonment and Jessica Modock (Brian Burch) of Jay, Florida; his brother Jerry Modock (Marjorie); his grandchildren, Jordan (Seyuonia), Makenzie, Kirsten, Sofia and Liam; his great grandchild Noah; and his former wives, Linda Williamson and Elissa Snyder. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
