She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Diskin and Doris Diskin. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Hively; her sons, Justin (Michele) and Zachary (Sarah); her grandchildren, Ella, Mazzei, Finley, James Dean (JD) and Hendrix Stires; and her sisters, Anita Savedra, Deana Bruce and Donna Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Annette's memory to the American Cancer Association or the Junior Board at Christiana Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
