With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Joe Adkins of Loveland, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 5, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Adkins and Alberta Adkins; his sister Linda Caldwell; and his father-in-law Clyde Bush Jr.. He is survived by: his wife April Adkins (Craft); his children, Bradley Adkins, Derek Layman, Courtney Adkins, Melissa Racicot (Anthony) and Christian Morgan; his grandchildren, Sophia Racicot, Adalynn Racicot, Jaxson Layman and Levi Hartmier; his mother-in-law Shirley Bush (Carter); his siblings, Davy Adkins (Yolanda) and Debbie Chamblin (Ralph); and his friend Andy Pennington (Sondra). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
