She was predeceased by: her husband John Gutierrez; her parents, Dorothy Moore and Evertt Moore; her siblings, Evertt Moore Jr., Jeanie Girone and James Moore; and her stepdaughter Rose Gutierrez.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Carmen Hoover, Juanita and Gloria Gutierrez; her grandsons, Cameron Evan Shisler, Joshua Andrew Thomas and Mathew Alexander Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Alexi Noel Thomas and Elizabeth Morgan Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a local charity that supports heart and valve trauma patients, or TriHealth Heart and Vascular Institute where Catherine received excellent care.
