He was predeceased by: his father Charley Baker. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Havens, Kyle, Abigail and Alex Baker; his grandchildren, Katlyn, Chloe, Joseph, Annabelle and Caleb; his mother Doris Baker (Harris); and his siblings, Carolyn "Sue" Taylor (Steve), Charlene Curry (Earl) and Alvin Baker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, friends, and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to Alcohol Anonymous.
