He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Hooks. He is survived by: his wife Marie Hooks (Musarella); his children, Caitlin, Madeline and Christopher Hooks; his mother Carol Hooks (Schloff); his siblings, Tom Hooks and Suzanne Kwasniewicz (Chris); and his pets, Piper and Lily.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home - Loveland Chapel (129 Riverside Dr, Loveland, OH 45140). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Columban Catholic Church (894 Oakland Rd, Loveland, OH 45140).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ben Morrison Fund.
