He is survived by: his sisters, Janice Collins (Steve) and Cynthia Kuechenmeister (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Kristen Miller (Michael), Michael Holliday (Jess), Ashley Bradford (Thomas Mercer) and Andrew Bradford.
