He was predeceased by: his wife Vicki Ranae Howard; his sibling Ivena Howard; and his parents, Reed Howard and Sarah Jane Sowders. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Hickey, Misty Bauer and Justin Howard (Shannon); and his siblings, Michael Howard, Mitchell Howard (Milly), Phyllis Kauffman (Barry) and Theresa Miller-Hoefker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
