He is survived by: his wife Judy Neumann; his children, Cindy Stinson (Mike), Richard Neumann, Jr. (Melanie) and Timothy Neumann; his stepchildren, Debbie Cortright Murphy (Bob), Keith Hawk (Julie) and Kris Hawk (Angie); and his nieces and nephews, Rae Lynn Gipson and Shane Baker.
