Jim Kehr wrote a sympathy message

“In 1980 Chris Rodbro, Art Miller, Gary Fox and I (Jim Kehr) played on a softball team with eight or nine other guys. We played at Steward Field. Gary played second base. In those days you could play with metal spikes. On one play a player slid into second base, he came in high and he spiked Gary at knee level. For the next several weeks I remember crawling around his house with that spike wound. Gary you are missed. Jim Kehr”
