He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carl Wheeler and Delores Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sue Wheeler; his sons, Josh Wheeler (late Mary) and Clark Wheeler (Amanda); his grandchildren, Kara, Riley and Luke; and his siblings, Michael Wheeler and Paula Gardner.
