He is survived by: his children, Henry Stevens, Jr., Michael Stevens, Lynn Marie Spar, Pamela Jetter and Trish Theis; and his siblings, Floyd Douglas Stevens (Lillian Ruth), Cordes Cecil Stevens (Victoria), James Carroll Stevens (Linda) and Anita Rice (Jerry).
