He is survived by: his children, Randy Scott Watkins (Jonelle) and Jill Lynn Eckman; his grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Anthony Smith, Bradley Watkins, Michelle White (Eric) and Amanda Eckman; his siblings, Judy Rottinghaus and Jackie Watkins; and his friend Richard Masterson.
