She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Caldwell and Vivian Caldwell (Rhodes) of Foster, Ohio.; and her brother Sonny Caldwell (William Gehring). She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Barb), Rebecca Coomer, Denise Smith (Pat) and Tony Smith (Tammy); and her sister-in-law Donna Caldwell (Richard Smith). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
Jan loved spending time with her family and was passionate about her flower gardens, all wildlife (except moles/mice), jigsaw puzzles, charity shops and her beloved cat, Layla.
