He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Spradlin and Della Spradlin; and his siblings, Jimmy Spradlin and Wilma Crider. He is survived by: his wife Linda Spradlin (Ely); his daughters, Barbara Blomer (Michael) and Rebecca Brewer (Jason); and his grandchildren, Lauren Harris (Chandler), Jordan Brewer (Serenity), Emily Blomer and Ashley Brewer.
