She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David R. Bell; her children, Debbie Eysoldt, David Bell (Mandi), Randy Bell, Timmy Bell (Vivian), Becky Bell (Jim), Terry Sheeran (Bob) and Bobby Bell (Denise); and her stepchildren, Kim Hartman, Beth Dolle and Janie Medl. She was also cherished by 39 grandchildren, 114 great-grandchildren, and two more great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati.
