She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack M. and Wanda C.. She is survived by : her husband Michael Thomas Devanney; her children, Col Brian Devanney (Wendy) and Anne Stall (Tom); her brother Jack Smith II (Mary); and her grandchildren, Trinity Devanney and Connor Devanney.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home (329 E Mulberry St, Lebanon, OH 45036). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Warren County SPCA or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
