Lyndon Bush Obituary
Lyndon Bush, 1965 Navy Veteran, husband to Beverly Gayle Bush, father of Kimberly Kuehnle, Stacy Lonsbury, and thanks to Ancestory.com, Rachel Landry, grandfather of Hayley Leppert-Bush, Ella and Eavan Kuehnle, Bryson, Adyson and Cooper Lonsbury, great grandfather of Calliope Leppert, passed away on November 26, 2023, at his place of residence in Loveland, OH.
Lyndon was born in Perry County, KY where he was raised along with seven of his siblings.
At a very young age he began working in the coal mines and at the age of 17 he volunteered for the U.S. Navy.
Lyndon often shared stories of his time serving, his buddies that became his brothers, and their time spent on the USS Intrepid (CVS-111). After serving in the Vietnam War Lyndon became a firefighter in Lexington, KY where he met the love of his life, Beverly Gayle.
Lyndon was a man of many traits. He was an excellent mechanic, handyman, car salesman and fisherman. He loved to spend family time boating, camping, going on long motorcycle rides, and vacationing at Myrtle Beach. His passions were yard selling, collecting antiques, and restoring old vehicles.
A remembrance for Lyndon will be held on Saturday, December 9th from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm at First Church of God Park Place located at 1566 S Laurel Rd. in London, KY 40744. All family and friends are welcome.
