He is survived by: his wife Lynn Philhower; his children, Jason Philhower (Mary Jo) and Jennifer Gillen (Michael); his grandchildren, Hannah, Luke, Caitlyn, Carter, Stella and Samuel; and his siblings, Terry Philhower (Sherry), Darrell Philhower (Pattie) and Sheryl Ernst (Mike).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oasis Golf Club and Convention Center (902 Loveland-Miamiville Rd, Loveland, OH 45140).
