He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen Berg and Grace Alcorn. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Thomas Berg (Ginger), Christine Houglin (Brian), Brian Berg (Emily), Elizabeth Miracle (Mark), David Berg and Anne Thompson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
