He was predeceased by: his parents, William Loren and Mary Catherine Cunningham (Daugherty). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cunningham (Hurlbut); his brothers, William Cunningham (Marcie) of Coconut Creek, FL, James Cunningham of Santa Barbara, CA and Joe Cunningham of Healdsburg, CA; his daughters, Emily Shiverski (Michael) of Loveland, OH and Amy Homan (Marty) of Clayton, NC; his niece Lauren Cunningham; and his grandchildren, Logan, Cody, Paige Shiverski, Natalie, Mary Claire and Libby Homan.
