She is survived by: her children, Kang SeungJin, Marie Goldner and Carol Wheat (Curtis); her grandchildren, Martino Hicks, Keith Walker Jr., Romeo Walker (Nicholas Hart) and Egypt Wheat; and her siblings, Kang Seonghyeon, Kang Seongho, Kang Sung Im, Kang Seongye and Kang Seongong. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
